Everything you need to sell confidently on TopAccounts — rules, best practices, seller tiers, and how we handle violations.
Seller Rules
All sellers are required to follow these rules. Violations may result in listing removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.
Accurate Listings
All listing information must be accurate and up to date at the time of publication. This includes follower counts, engagement rates, account age, monetization status, niche, and any linked assets. Inflated or misleading statistics are grounds for immediate listing removal and account suspension.
Ownership Verification
You must be the legitimate owner of any account you list. You cannot list accounts obtained through hacking, credential stuffing, unauthorized access, or purchase from non-verified sources. TopAccounts may request proof of ownership before approving high-value listings.
No Prohibited Accounts
The following account types are strictly prohibited: accounts with a history of ban evasion; accounts involved in spam, scam, or harassment campaigns; accounts tied to illegal activity; accounts belonging to minors; and accounts on platforms that explicitly prohibit transfer in their terms of service without a buyer acknowledgment.
Escrow Compliance
All transactions must be processed through the TopAccounts escrow system. Attempting to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees or oversight is a serious violation and will result in permanent account termination. Never ask a buyer to pay outside of the Platform.
Prompt Transfer
Once a buyer completes payment, you must initiate the account transfer within 24 hours. A full transfer includes login credentials, associated email access, recovery codes, and any linked assets described in the listing. Delays must be communicated to the buyer through the Platform.
Complete Handover
A transfer is only complete when the buyer has full, uncontested access to the account. This means: primary email changed to the buyer's, all recovery options updated, any linked phone numbers removed, and the buyer can log in independently without your involvement.
Honest Communication
Respond to buyer questions promptly and honestly. Do not make claims you cannot support. If an account has known limitations (e.g., monetization pending review, temporary restrictions), disclose these in the listing before purchase.
No Simultaneous Listings
You may not list the same account on multiple platforms simultaneously. If an account sells on another platform, you must immediately remove it from TopAccounts to avoid double-selling. Double-selling results in immediate suspension and full liability for any resulting refunds.

As you build your reputation on TopAccounts, you unlock higher listing limits, lower fees, and priority support.
