Please read these terms carefully before using the TopAccounts marketplace. By accessing the Platform you agree to be bound by the conditions below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TopAccounts ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and any other users of the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use TopAccounts. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Accounts created on behalf of a business entity must be authorized by that entity.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TopAccounts reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Marketplace Rules
TopAccounts operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings thoroughly before purchase. All transactions are subject to our escrow process. Listing or purchasing accounts that violate applicable laws or the terms of the underlying platform is strictly prohibited.
5. Escrow Service
All payments processed through TopAccounts are held in escrow via AccVault until the buyer confirms successful receipt of the account. Once the buyer confirms transfer or the inspection period expires, funds are released to the seller. TopAccounts charges a service fee as disclosed at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) list, buy, or sell accounts obtained through fraud or unauthorized access; (b) misrepresent the nature, quality, or ownership of any account; (c) circumvent the Platform's escrow system; (d) harass, threaten, or deceive other users; (e) use automated tools to scrape or manipulate the Platform; or (f) engage in any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Fees and Payments
TopAccounts charges sellers a transaction fee upon successful completion of a sale. Buyers may incur processing fees as disclosed at checkout. All fees are displayed before you complete a transaction. TopAccounts reserves the right to modify its fee structure with 30 days' notice to registered users.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, either party may open a dispute within the Platform. TopAccounts will review evidence provided by both parties and issue a binding resolution. TopAccounts' dispute decisions are final. Users agree not to pursue chargebacks or third-party claims while a Platform dispute is active.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including logos, design, text, and code, is owned by or licensed to TopAccounts and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written consent. User-submitted content remains your property, but you grant TopAccounts a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform.
10. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TopAccounts does not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the behavior of third-party platforms, or that any account will remain accessible after transfer. You assume all risk associated with transactions conducted on the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TopAccounts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or account suspension by third-party platforms.
12. Termination
TopAccounts reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending escrow funds will be resolved according to our standard policies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.
14. Changes to Terms
TopAccounts may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last update is noted at the bottom of this page.
